Walk away the weight- Canadaonthemove.ca
Walking is a GREAT way to lose weight. If you want to keep track of how many steps you are taking daily and try to increase it, get yourself a pedometer.
Currently you can get one free inside SPecial K!
I love my pedometer!! I've had one for about 8 months and used it to train for the 60KM Hooter Hike (see sig line).
The average Canadian walks 3000-4000 steps/day. With some not so difficult adjustments to you lifestyle you can increase that immensely (10,000 is the reccomended goal).
