I see so many cute boots out there, but unfortunately, none will fit around my fat calfs! I couldn't wear boots even when I was "normal" size. Am I the only one with this problem?

They aren't cheap (I paid $145 at Nordstroms 3 years ago), but they are still in great condition & I wear them a lot during the winter. If you still need a bigger size, a good shoe repair shop can cut the zipper out, add some extra leather on each side & put the zipper back in. A friend of mine had that done to hers for less than $25 & you can't tell at all. Good luck!

I orderd boots from a few plus size places and they were just too big and I had to send them back. With the Uggs short boots they are the best. When I get the taller ones they scrunch up a little and are almost tight but the short ones are perfect!

My Mood: Points: 84,125.94 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 84,125.94 | Zappos is great because they'll cover shipping/postage costs if you want to exchange or return. Silhouettes won't do that. Has anyone ordered from them? I'm trying to figure out if I would take a wide or double wide, with zappos I would take a double wide. Do you think the sizing would be the same? I called up and they don't have a sizing chart to determine what measurements would make a wide/double wide. |

Hope you find your cute boots!
