I am so craving a cake. Does anyone have any good recipies if there are any for a low carb one?

I have a weight watchers recipe you can use it tastes good also

take 1 box of cake mix yellow or chocolate
1 can of diet soda any flavor and mix them together
spray your pan with pam
cover cake pan with foil bake for 30 mins
take off foil and bake for another 10 mins let it cool and put in the fridge

for frosting i use fat free cool whip and any flavor of fat free suger free pudding

I don't know of any 'low carb' but i have heard you can replace the vegetable oil with apple sauce and it will cut out some of that nasty fat from the oil...

Sorry to not be more helpful...that cake mix/diet soda things sounds interesting...wonder how that comes out ??
