Stacey, were you able to get in to see your Dr? I'm so glad that you are going to make sure that your concerns are heard! Stand your ground and go in informed. Please keep us posted, ok? There is also a great thread on the board here of women pregnant with IC and also many graduates who have IC miracles post there as well. Those women are amazing and they helped me through my pregnancy with my daughter. They are a great source of information and support, so definately check it out, we'd love to have you over there! i spoke to my dr today and he is squeezing me in on friday to have another measurement done, he has put me on bedrest until then.

Stacey, I'm so glad that your Dr is going to see you on Friday and that he put you on bedrest until then. I think that's very wise. well i just got back from my drs appointment.everything is ok. man i am so sore, the internal check was soooo painful and went for almost 40 mins! and i havent stopped bleeding yet either To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
i really hate internals, because of the previous surgury i have had on my vag and cervix its a really horrible experience.so much pain. but everything looks good.today it was 4.2cm. i am now in as a risk and have to have appointments every 2 weeks from now on to get checked all the time.which is good i spose, its always reasurance the baby is still alive as he quickly goes over to check heartbeat only.he hopes that it wont shorten or do anything too bad but is sure i will probably have the baby early.anywhere from 32 weeks.

Stacey, you've been on my mind alot, I'm so glad that you posted. That's wonderful that things looked good! I'm very glad that they will be seeing you every 2 weeks from now on. If you feel/see any changes or if they start to see any changes on the ultrasounds, make sure you stay on top of them and get the proper care, be it bedrest or a cerclage or both.
