Hey ladies!
Well-I did it! On November 3, 2007 I completed what I never thought was possible...an IRONMAN triathlon!
Total Distance: 140.6 Miles
Swim: 2.4 miles-1:17
Bike: 112 miles-6:44
Run: Marathon-26.2 miles: 6:01
Total Time: 14:19:35
I learned a big lesson during this race...BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
I was once 348, had gastric bypass and changed my life for the better!
