Default Water retention

I'm pretty sure I'm retaining lots of fluid, does anyone else have this problem? Whenever I go into a swimming pool I'm despreate for the toilet within half an hour, a 2 hour swim includes 3 trips to the toilet. I actually feel slimmer when I come out the pool. MY GP thinks it's purely down to my weight, but does anyone esle with PCOS have this?

By the way, just to be clear, I come OUT the pool and go to the toilet!!!

This part made me laugh out loud!

I retain water easily when I eat foods high in sodium, but never noticed anything in regards to the pool. Hopefully someone else will have this experience and share it.

I wouldn't say I feel slimmer when leaving the pool but I definitely must use the restroom very very often when I'm swimming. I always attributed it to swallowing water (I'm always playing with the kids splashing and sneaking up on them underwater).

I do notice when I swim at the beach I do have to urinate a lot. However, I am not sure what that has to do with.
I used to retain tons of water and during certain times in my cycle I still retain some. However, I reduced the amount of water that I retain by drinking more water.
