 water,water,water!
I know we've all heared it before but water has REALLY cleared up my skin!! I must admit i never had acne or anything but i used to get those HUGE spots that were like like painful lumps..no pus or anything (eww sorry) just damn painfull lumps. I have now taken to drinking 1.5 litres of water or more a day,and touch wood  i have had no spots!! I do make LOADS of trips to the toilet,but that i can cope with!!
