Default Waxing Legs

hi everybody,

i waxed my lower legs before and am considering waxing again. i now use emjoi.

i also have hairs on my upper legs now and so need to wax up there as well. please share your tips as to how to wax that area well - for instance, the hairs at the back of the thighs are a bit hard to get to. how do you wax that area?

after waxing, do you find that the hairs grow back worse and prickly as they're growing back in?

thanks,
bandanna

Hi hun!! I think that waxing will give you much smoother results than shaving. I highly doubt that it will grow in as prickly...it will probably also become finer over time. You are right...the hair on the back of your legs would be really hard to get to. If you have a friend that you are comfortable with...maybe you two could have a waxing party and help one another wax eachother's back thighs! Otherwise....maybe if you placed your leg up on a chair you could reach that area better! I hope this helps! Please let us know how things go for you

I used to wax my legs. I switched back to shaving because 1) I didn't like having to let the hair grow for six weeks in between, 2) it hurt like hell! 3) I started getting a lot of ingrown hairs. On the good side, it did grow in a lot finer, more sparse, and a lot slower.

hi

I use Veet (used to be called Immac), roll on wax tubes. it's not as messy as using a spatula to apply the wax, and if you get it all over your hands (as i often do!) it washes of easily with water.
