ways to fall asleep??? hey girls i was just wondering if you knew of any natural ways to fall asleep??? i was just wondering i really dont want to have to take anymore meds... thanks

Lavender scented anything is supposed to help you to fall asleep. I sometimes use a eye mask to block out any light. I have also downloaded meditations onto my IPod that help me to relax and sleep. They have sleep meditations. I find them really relaxing. If you are interested I'll give you the link to some I've downloaded.

Oh and Sleepytime Extra tea and a hot bath at night does the trick for me too.

thanks im not a big tea person but i love baths but i work afternoons so comming home at midnight and tkaing a bath usually is out of the question....

Herbs are medicine too but a natural alternative would be Valerian. When not pregnant I take it and it knocks me out! It is part of a mixed formula with hops--very relaxing.

I second valerian, or a blend of valerian, hopps and skullcap. Very relaxing. And non-habbit forming. Nytol makes a natural capsule from valerian.
