The sign is up and the deal is a go. The buyer has committed to the amount she first offered, even after considering dropping it after the inspection. Woohoo!
And I have my second midwife appointment today. And we're settling into the new house. Slowly, but we're settling.

The paperwork arrived today. All we do now is wait for the closing date next month to get the money. We are quite relieved.
