I splurged a bit and did quite a bit of walking as well, so one pound isnt that bad...So here's to working harder this week!
Good luck ladies

My Mood: Points: 1,738.05 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,738.05 | I started Weight Watchers four weeks ago tomorrow-3-4-03. I don't know what I've lost this week ( I weigh tomorrow), but after the first two weeks actually on the plan, I have lost 8 lbs! It is a very easy plan to follow, and I hope to be almost to my goal of 145 by my birthday in November!

My Mood: Points: 1,738.05 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,738.05 | I weighed in last night after thinking that I had a bad week and I was surprised to find out I had lost 4 more lbs! That totals 12 lbs in 3 weeks. I'm so thankful to find something that works! Good luck to the rest of you as well!

My Mood: Points: 1,738.05 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,738.05 | As of last Tuesday, I have lost 16.6 with weight watchers. Last week I only lost a whole 1.2 lbs, but AF was visiting, so they said that that was still pretty good. I got out our big trampoline yesterda, and spent a total of about 3 hrs throughout the day, jumping w/ my lil bro and sis. Hopefully that will help some tomorrow when I weigh in again. I can finally tell a difference in my clothes. It's great! I still have 110 lbs to be at my goal, but in time, I'm optimistic that I can achieve that (I hope!) Good luck to all of you!

Points: 360.56 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 360.56 | Well , Im a newbie here, but been on a diet/lifestyle change for about a month now.. my last weigh in was yesterday, lost another 6 lbs. So thats a total of 12 lbs so far. All I've been doing is watching my portion control, and cutting back on salt/surgar intake. I'll a bit more active than I used to be so I guess that always help.
Congrats to the rest of you! .. really looking forward to updating here regularly

My Mood: Points: 7,807.97 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 7,807.97 | Hi. New here yesterday.
I feel like I am at my wits end and really need some help.
I have always struggled with my weight although I have always been told (and believe) that I eat less than most people.
I lost a lot of weight in the late 1980's (247 down to 138lbs) I kept it off for 12 years but was also on drugs to make myself ovulate. Provera.
I was taken off Provera in 1998 and began to gain weight.....first slowly and then much more rapidly.
I begged my doctor for help. He told me to exercise more....although I was running, walking and doing almost 1000 calories burned off on my eliptical machine everyday.
I got up to 225 by 2005.
I was finally diagnosed with a severe case of Stein Leventhal PCOS in May of 2005 as well as Pancreatic Disease in May of 2006 and now Metabolic Disease.
My weight is 220 after 2 years of taking tons of drugs every day.
Does anyone know of any Diet that might work well for me?
I don't drink.
I don't eat bread or pasta (since 1988)
I eat less than 1000 cal M-F and 1200 on S & Sun.
I exercise off the same calories that I take in nearly every single day.
My endocrinologist told me on Wednesday that there is little more that can be done.....and said that at least I'm pretty. UGH!
I would love to know if Herbal Magic works for anyone. How about the Bernstein Program. (I have followed this prgram on my own and gained weight...but am wondering if it would be better if I got the B12 shots)
I gained weight following Weight Watchers perfectly.
I did lose weight on the Scardale Diet plan but kept passing out for some reason so quit the plan.
Any assistance would be soooo appreciated.
I have also written to Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Anderson Cooper, Oprah and Dr. Phil hoping that they might beable to help me.
I am at my end!
thanks
robyne
