I'm so sorry I missed a lot! I didn't have access to a scale in Italy (and even if I did it would've weighed me in kilograms...)
Today I'm 156.

Dunno if I was taken off or not.
I started really exercising last week. Exercised 5 times last week and so far 3 times this week. No weight loss yet  Hopefully the reason is because I've gained some muscle

I'm going to start weighing in now that I definitely know how much I am (went to a new doctor yesterday), sadly 151 lbs. Could be worse but...I was hoping I weighed less than I thought (I had been guessing 150)!
Mostly I've been walking at nights (brisk for about 30-40 minutes, about 5 nights a week) and trying to adjust my diet based on the glycemic index.
Hopefully I can convince my mother to get a scale soon so I can keep track.

Weighed in today, 178.8. Only lost 0.2, but that's better than the 0 lbs I lost the week before. 23.8 lbs from my summer goal!
