Yeah def!! It's a bit depressing that I've only lost 6lbs in 18 weeks but at least I haven't put on any more.

I'm down 1lb this week. Have got the docs on Wednesday, I'm going to see about getting my met dosage upped because I'm not convinced I'm on the right dose.

Hope everyone else has got on ok.
