Well i got on the scales this morning and have gained 2lbs.How the heck i gained i do not know.I was soo good lots of salads over the weekend,lean proteins and lots of water.
This PCOS likes to keep me on my toes.
I've really got to focus less on the weight,not worry so much on what the scale says and keep on with the healthy eating and exercise.
When i started the year i was not even going to weigh myself so i need to get back to why i started healthy eating and exercising in the first place.

almond - dont use the scales if it doesnt help. Thats what i did - just tape measure about once a month just a thought.....
