STILL 160.5 - I've been a pound either side of it, on different days. It's so frustrating only 5 - 6lb to lose and no movement there! My waist's now down to 27" so it's really annoying me that despite that I'm still medically 'overweight', with a BMI of 25. Especially annoying as that woman on Fit Club this week was told she's now got a BMI under 24 so is medically 'normal' and she looks twice my size! It's driving me nuts!

Pollysis - I just don't get BMI's, they just don't make any sense!! It's fantastic that you have a BMI of 25 though... wish I did!! Congrats on all your hard work
