I recently lost 40 pounds from going to jenny craig and have continued to lose more. I feel so much better and having pcos and wanting to feel better is my movitation. I also walk all over so that helps to. Good luck. |

I have also used portion control and tried to cut down on carbs alittle. I also lost 30 pounds on Nutrisystem and feel great. I am just trying to keep the weight off and stay as healthy as i can.

Now I keep my calories between 1300-1500/day, walk on my treadmill, and do strength-training type exercises (like crunches, etc.) and the weight has finally begun to come off.

My Mood: Points: 742.45 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 742.45 | Eatting the right carbs. I would love to comepletely cut refined carbs out of my diet, all they do is irritate insulin levels, thus irritating PCOS symptoms. Starting tomorrow I'm working out everymorning before class! |

Points: 134.60 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 134.60 | i agree... changing the carbs you eat is truly the only thing that works. i run track and even intense six day a week workouts did absolutely nothing when i wasn't watching what kinds of carbs i ate. |
