Weight Friendly Doctor in Western NY???

So i've been to the Infertility dr. in Buffalo...he was wonderful...gave me Metformin...but i'm not ovulating...waiting to hear back from him. I've been on Metformin for almost 4 months. Does anyone have a weight friendly OB/GYN in the Western NY area??? Thanks!
