Default Weight Gain using D-Chiro Inositol

I have put on 13 lbs. in a 2 month period since using D-Chiro Inositol. Until then, my weight has been the same for over a year. What's going on?

Can you tell us more about how you're eating and exercising?

I haven't changed anything except adding the D-Chiro. (Felinity) I just saw that you live in Austin, I'm in Fredericksburg--small world

Not to pry, but are you of normal weight?

Has anything else changed (symptom-wise)?

Merigree, I don't think you are prying at all. I am 5'5 and up until a 6 weeks ago, used to weigh 160. Now I weigh 173 after starting the D-Chiro. I have been on it for 2.5 months. The first month I noticed that my skin cleared a little, my scalp didn't feel as sensitive when I washed my hair, and the sweet cravings went away for about 2 weeks. But now, I am craving sweets like crazy and my skin is really breaking out. Just with this information, one would think the weight gain was from the re-newed sweets cravings, but I have been eating the same amount of sweets for years and still maintained the 160 lbs. It's a mystery. If the D-Chiro is supposed to help with testoserone functions, maybe it is having an opposite reaction on me and the testoserone is not as "up" like it would be in a man, so I am putting on weight.
