I'm pretty proud of myself because i am usually between 252 and 256, but lately I've been eating lighter and healthier and I've kept it at the highest now is 252.

Today I was down to 248 at a point, I was psyched to be below 250!

we do a weekly scale in post it here and encourage each other. The diet part and how you excerize is up to you. correct ??.
