Hi ladies lets see if we cant get this thread back up and running again. I have a ton of weight to lose roughly 22 kgs to get down to a BMI of 30. Im really looking for incentive and hopefully motivation from everyone here to get the weightloss started again.

Default Just an Update :)

It's been almost a year since I've started my weight loss journey, and all though I've only lost a total of 6 pounds, I've held steady for about 4 months and not gained any more! This has been a huge battle for me; I gained about 25 pounds over the past 2 years. It was really disappointing when the weight stopped coming off, but I now know that it is more important for me to eat healthy and exercise to maintain and prevent gaining as opposed to working strictly for weight loss. It is possible!!! I've found that Weight Watchers has been my saving grace, keeping me accountable for my actions. Before WW, I kept an online journal (www.thedailyplate.com) but I found that I would cheat myself by adjusting values to make my calories fit for the day. I've learned to do my best and keep going even if I have a bad day. I hope that the rest of you can find a method that works for you because it certainly is possible! Good luck girls!!!

Hi

I'm new here... and I don't know how this group works... but sounds like something I'd like to join! Is it just about sharing ones weight each week? I need to loose around 5 kg more... and it would probably be a good input to have other people keeping an eye on ones weight
