Hi Aimze. I am on Reuctil, which is called Meridia in the USA. I am finding it great to use, and it is also a brilliant anti depressant. Do your research first though, look it up on the net. I thought the death figures were a little scary, untill i put it in perspective. 35 out of 8,000,000 have died. That really isn't too bad when you put it against other medications. Please don't think i am pushing this option, i'm not.

When i went to the Doc and got these meds, i was trying to get a gastric bnd op, but he was very against it. New Doc and something of an a**hole. I am not really using it as i am supposed to i guess, but it is working for me. Seeing as i couldn't get the op, and am on something that stops you feeling hungry, i decided i would only eat what i would 6 weeks out from the gastric band op. Again, i am not advising that you do this, i don't know you, your health, or your situation. Just letting you know what i am doing.

Good luck, and make sure you research ANY option that you have

Default Xenical

I was on Xenical for about 8 monthe and lost only about 5 kg(11 pounds) and the side affects were bad. Besides being a waste of time , it was a waste of money at about $135 a month. The main aim of Xenical is to "teach" you how to eat right, with diarreha every time I went over 25 -30g of fat a day, and I felt light headded at times as well. So I personally would not recomend Xenical.
