Default weight and med 'stoppage'

i have been a dumb bunny and have been 'forgetting' to take my thyroid meds- for about 2+ weeks now . this is also the time when 1. my eating and exercise habits fizzled, and 2. my weight loss stalled. i am still exercising by walking and keeping busy, but not to a sweat. i am still 'watching' my carbs, and not eating totally outragous things. is this stall caused by all of the above, or just some of the above? is my lack of motivation most likely caused by hypo symptoms, or laziness? when- tomorrow- i get back on the meds, will i notice a boost of motivation, which will help my weight loss again, or wont i notice.

i totally understand that i am asking for opinions and not fact.

thanks

jenny

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

When you forget your meds, you get low thyroid and get brain fog, which perpetuates your memory problems so you forget them more!!!

Get back on them. You'll start to feel better after maybe a week or two. It takes a while for it to work back into your system.
