i am taking 1000mgs and going up to 1500mgs .. i have been getting Af every 50(ish) days .. but at least she's coming!! ... no weight loss as of yet ... how long did it take for you to see weight loss .. i am watching what i am eating and walking when i can ...

also if you lost weight on Met do you think it's becuase of the poop issue? like a laxitive effect?

I first started out on 2000mg and I lost 16 lbs almost right away. I got pg and my endo dropped me down to 1000mg. I lost the baby but stayed on 1000mg and the weight loss stopped. I am taking myself back up to 2000mg once I start my new cycle, hopefully the wight loss will pick back up again.

I am on 2550mgs and I noticed that I started losing weight almost instantly. I think the poop issue did help in the begining, but that only last while your body is adjusting. The biggest help was that all cravings were gone and I got full faster. I ended up losing 70lbs in a little over a years time. I then got pregnant with twins who are now 8 months old. I am just now back up to 2550mgs again and on yaz and I have only noticed a little weight loss. I think that it will be harder for me to lose the weight post pregnancy!
