WEIGHT WATCHERS 1 point chili... awsome!!!! you can eat a whole cup of this for only 1 point!!!! and its sooooooo damn good
2 15 oz cans of chopped tomatos
2 cans of low sodium low fat beef broth
2 green zucchini (cut up semi thick)
2 yellow zucchini ("" "" "" )
3 green peppers (chopped)
ground turkey breast (1 lb )
onion(small one diced)
chili seasoning packet ( any brand )
1 can 15oz black beans, rinsed
brown turkey and onion in a skillet , then add everythign to a big sauce pot and bring to a boil, reduce and cook, uncovered for 30 mins or so untill the veggies are the firmness you like.
it really is so good,so easy and a great source of fiber and really filling ..
I have mine with 2 slices of low cal whole wheat bread with a lil "I cant believe its not butter" and its great! I made a huge pot of it and froze it in individual serving sizes. great when you need some "fast food"
