Weight Watchers grilled balsamic chicken ~ 5 points Hi all another weight watchers recipe i have not tried it yet but i heard its awsome.....
makes 4 servings at 5 points a serving.
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 C low sodium, fat free chicken broth
1/2 C balsamic vinegar
1/3 c chopped scalions
2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
1 Tbs minced fresh garlic
1 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp dry mustard
1 Tsp cracked black peper
rinse Chicken and pat dry. Put in a large zip lock baggie. In a measuring cup , combine all remaning ingredients and pour over chicken. Seal bag and refridgerate for 24 hrs shaking it up occasionaly. Grill chicken basting with marinagde.
if you make it with a big side of steamed veggies with some sort of seasoning it is probably a very satisfying dish.
if anyone tries it let me knwo how it comes out!!!!
