I am not on WW but awhile back one of the gals posted a few WW recipes and I tried them and they both were very good. Here they are:
WW Chili- 1 point for 1 cup
1lb Ground Turkey
2 15oz. cans of chopped or diced tomatoes
2 cans of low sodium, fat free beef broth
2 green zuchinni (cut up semi-thick)
2 yellow zuchinni (cut up semi-thick)
2 green peppers (chopped or frozen in the bag)
1 small onion
1 packet of chili seasoning (any brand)
1 can of 15oz. black beans (rinsed)
Brown Turkey and onion in a skillet. Then add everything to a big pot and bring to a boil. Reduce and cook for about 30 minutes or until veggies are soft or to your liking.
* When I make this I just buy the Birds Eye Frozen bag of Zuchinni and Squash mix and it has red bell pepper and onion in it I believe. Instead of getting the Zuchinni and onion and bell pepper and cutting it all up. I have also tried this recipe with buying a Rotisserre Chicken from the store and pulling the meat apart and putting it in there instead of the ground turkey. I have done it both ways and it comes out really good. I like this recipe it is real good.
** I never could find the yellow zuchinni so I just used Yellow Squash instead or just the green Zuchinni.
WW "Birds Nest" - 1 point each
1 cup raisans
2 cups of Fiber One Cereal
6oz. of Semi Sweet Chocholate Chips
Place chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt chips, when chips are all melted well, place cereal and raisans to the bowl and mix up well. Place scoops of mix on a cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in fridge for 30 minutes till hardened. Makes 16
* These are soooo good! I had to stop making them because I kept eating more and more, I never could just eat one or two. It never took 30 minutes to harden when I made these more like 15 mintues or so, but you will be able to tell when there nice and hard and ready to eat!
Hope you enjoy these recipes!
The bird's nest recipe, I've seen that as 'haystacks' without the raisins. I keep meaning to try these!! I've read other people have tried other flavors of chips too - peanut butter, butterscotch, etc. Definitely something you don't want to overeat - SO much fiber in these!
I have a few sites where I've gotten some pretty good recipes. Here are a list of some of them. I'm missing a few; I think they're on my other computer (I'll check later and see). The second link below is a page I had done awhile ago when I was with a bunch of people on WW and got a few recipes from them and ones I had found. Unfortunately, there are too many dessert ones. lol But there are a few good entrees too! The first few links are WW recipes from WW members; the other links are just good recipe sites that I've used, but you have to figure out points for them (most have nutritional info posted). Hope these help you find some new recipes!

DianeJ- Thanks so much for posting those WW recipes. I am going to print alot of those recipes out and try them out. I am not doing WW but the few WW recipes I tried from the past were really good. So, I am going to make sure to try some of these out also. Thanks!!
For a quick treat you can have Healthy Pop Caramel Apple Popcorn 94% fat free. You can have 5 cups of popcorn the point value is 2 points for the 5 cups. I was talking with my Aunt today because she does WW and she told me about this and said it was a good sweet treat. She also gave me the recipe for Turkey Burgers and said they are really good, if you want it let me know I will post it.
Wendy - ooh, I hadn't seen that popcorn. I usually just air pop some, but sometimes I don't want the hassle and would love to just toss some in the microwave. Unfortunatley, I don't like a lot of the 94% fat free ones I've tried, but that's because I got so used to the full fat ones. But I'm thinking a caramel apple one might have enough flavor. Figuring out the points on these things is crazy too! I always screw it up. lol
Thanks!
Jaime - I've heard some of the WW cookbooks are better than others. Some are available on amazon, you can read reviews that way. And I bet you could find them cheaper on Ebay than at WW itself. One other thing you could try for new recipes is WW magazine. Personally, I like the recipes from members than the ones straight from WW. They just seem more like stuff I'd make/eat than the WW ones. The ones from WW seem too fancy or too long to make for me, although some of them are good. Just my preference though.
