Default Weird AF Symptoms

On Saturday I started AF. Usually I have awful cramps for the first 2 days, but this time they were only mild-- enough to annoy me but not enough to have me bundled up on the couch in excruciating pain like usual. The flow has been pretty light compared to usual as well. I thought that I was in pretty good shape and that it would be gone in a couple more days, then all of a sudden tonight my stomach and lower back started to get crampy which I thought was strange because I have never had cramps on day 4 of AF. I thought that maybe I needed to go to the bathroom (sorry if TMI) and I didn't. The thing is that these cramps don't feel like the normal AF cramps totally. It feels like I need to push- the pain feels relieved when I'm sitting on the toilet and then when I do that large clots are coming out. Other than these clots the flow is light- like there is barely anything on my pads or on the toilet paper just these large clots in the toilet. It's kind of freaking me out. I know clots can be normal but I have never had anything like this before- has anyone else??

I remember reading another post from a lady who had large clots and it was her whole lining coming away at once. She went to the Doctor and they said though not totally normal it was fine (as far as I remember, maybe search for clot posts?)

If you do have large clots coming away that could account for the need to push, it does make sense as your cervix would need to dilate a little?

I hope this helps!
