Unhappy Weird lab results-ignored by doctors.

Hello everybody

I'm 29 and I was diagnosed with PCOS in November (through ultra-sound) but I don't really have any symptoms other than hairloss (SERIOUS hairloss, started about 2 years ago and diffuse thinning). My gyn asked me to do some tests (hormones and thyroid function). The results seem suspicious to me but both her and the endocrinologist took one look at them and condescendingly pronounced me "a perfectly healthy worrywart". You see, because I get my period almost every month, I ovulate, I'm not overweight and I don't have acne, nobody takes me seriously and they all put my mood swings, hairloss and general feeling of fatigue and weakness down to stress.

Please help. Do these lab results seem normal to you? Should I be on medication?
TSH 3,21 (miU/ml)
FT3 5,1 (pmol/L)
FT4 14,8 (pmol/L)
Anti TPO 106,5 IU/ml (the normal maximum is supposed to be 40)
FSH 9,1 mIU/ml
LH 6,8 mIU7ml
Total Testosterone 0,96 ng/ml
DHEAS 438 mg/dl

I'm Greek and I had the tests in Greece, so some of the results are reported in nanomoles per liter, picomoles or whatever. I don't know if that is common in North America and I hope you can understand anyway.

I'd appreciate any advice or suggestion. I'm so tired of feeling like a bald Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde...

Katerina

Unhappy Hypothyroid or ...Hypochondriac? Help!

Ok, I know I'm asking too much and possibly making a nuisance of myself but is there anyone out there who has any opinion or advice on that:
TSH: 3,21 (considered normal in Greece)
Anti TPO: 106,5 (way too high)
My doctors refuse to diagnose me as hypothyroid but I feel like crap, physically and mentally. Could I really be hypothyroid or is it all in my (bald) head like they keep telling me?
I know you ladies are no doctors but I would really appreciate your view on the matter.
