Question weird thing with hair occuring..any ideas???

1)I don't know what the deal is but I went to get my testesterone levels checked last week and they have come down a lot and are way better than they were months ago....
I have had hirsituism on my stomach and chest and would shave daily....when I shaved, it was a clean shave and I was able to remove the hair quite easily

well lately in the last two weeks, i have hair that looks like dots..almost similar to when you go to get laser and the way the follicles look after the laser until they fall out

it is hard to shave them becuase they don't leave a clean shave but feel bumpy....is it that the hair follicles are not growing as much becuase the t levels are going down or am i being screwed with another curve ball???!!!!

any one experience this???????
