Default Well I have my D&C Monday

So be thinking o fme please! for those of you who have followed my story I've been waiting on a "natural" m/c since July 23 but it just has not happened and my betas are hovering around 400 (still) so here we go . . . I am scared and sad but about ready to get it over with. Thanks for all the information and support through all this.

Default Thanks all . . .

The procedure went well I am told except that I bled more than the ob would have liked (so she told me DH, to explain why I might be woozy longer) and it took longer than normal . . . and then as I was waking up I remember they had to take another blood test to see something about RH factors with the baby? I am O+ so it was no big deal . . . . but I didn't fully understand that except they said it meant I didn't have to have some kind of nasty shot (on top of everything else). So today has pretty much sucked. I just took out the "packing" that was in to stop more bleeding and THAT was painful. And by far the worst part of all this so far .. . . . thanks for your kind thoughts and prayers. Now to get on with healing and preparing the way for a new baby . . .and Rose, you'll appreciate this, as I was in surgery the school called (on my cell, but DH had to get it) to tell us my oldest SS (14) is suspended for making threatening comments. Yippee. Just what I need when I really need to just be recovering.

Oh BelleMere, My heart goes out to you. We both found out that we were going to have miscarriages about the same time, only mine started naturally in August. I know this was a tough decision, but I hope you can now start to find the healing and peace. I offer my thoughts and prayers throughout your journey of healing and hope.
