I posted here a few weeks ago b/c my pg symptoms sort of stopped at what I figure was 6wks - altho they did pick up again but in a very different way that doesn't feel at all right. Went to the OB, FINALLY, and while she's telling me that just b/c you mc once doesn't mean it will happen twice we are both seeing on the u/s that there is NO cardiac activity in the fetus, which she estimates is about a 6 wk size altho I should have been at 8 wks. I have another appt next week (and blood tests in the meantime) in case I just miscalculated and we were too early, but she says she thinks it's a m/c - and I do too, b/c of that feeling earlier that the pg had stopped suddenly. It was sad, really - for us both. And the worst part about it all is that, like last time, despite KNOWING this pg isn't going to happen, my body is still going through fatigue, and nausea and all that crap. Today I am a bit crampy, tho. Anyway, next appt is next Thurs and then I'll prob schedule a D&C and get this over with.

I'm so sorry. There are no words that would make you feel any better right now, so I'll just say what I really feel: THIS SUCKS!!! Most of us Cysters have a hard enough time just getting pg, you'd think Mother nature would give us a break and we wouldn't lose our babies so easily.
I hope they can find a cause and prevent this from happening to you again. It's so unfair.

Belle, I'm SO sorry. You do not deserve this heartache. Please update us on what you find out at your next appointment, and feel free to rant/vent to us anytime. That's why we are here.

Belle, I'm sorry your instincts were right. I hope the D&C isn't necessary and your body gets through this quickly.
