Congrats!!!!! when i go to the doctor i usually skip that part, i tell him it causes me too much anxiety...and the nurse lets me skip it. Heck going to the docs causes me too much anxiety. Are you following any kind of eating plan?

I've just been walking more. My boyfriend likes to take walks on the beach and at the park with me. I didn't weigh myself for 2 monthes. That seemed to help. I haven't skipped any meals. I don't know how for sure. I wish I did cause I could lose some more. I guess being in love agrees with me.
