Had my first gyne app yesterday, what can i say, IT WENT GREAT, the gyne mr jones was really nice, just asked what kind of problems a have, and like you ladys told me i went prepared, i had print out of my history and what questions i wanted answered, he did no blood work or internals just said yes i have got pcos and that he would give me Clomid
Which is great but as i feel that i need to lose some weight before i start on Clomid, i mentioned about how i thought i could be insulin resistant as i have tried everything to lose weight and it never comes off
this is the bit that floored me right there and then he give be a prescription for Metformin, which i started last nite, yesterday was cd 65 today af showed up, if i sound a bit mad it because it all seems a bit unreal still.
I have to go back in 3 months and then he will give me Clomid and i can still take the Met.
Dh is over the moon, can't stop
