Of course it says it's natural. These are the active ingredients: "The active ingredients in their purest natural form, contained in the hair removal cream, are anhydrous calcium hydroxide and 100% pure calcium thioglycolate with a pH of 12."

Calcium hydroxide is lye. The calcium thioglycolate is an acid. They are both strong chemicals, and it's the combination that dissolves the hair. And yes, they are completely natural, but they can be extremely irritating to the skin if you are careful. This product is no more "natural" than Nair or Neet.

They are trying to con you into thinking that just because they are "natural" that they are healthier, safer, or more effective. I'm sure it works just fine, assuming you are as careful as you would be with any hair remover.
