Whatis the absolute best women's electric razor and how much does it cost and where do you get it?
Sorry if TMI...but I am pregnant with twins and can no longer see my bikini line to shave it. Pitiful, huh? As a result, I end up with lots of cuts and bumps.
I want to try an electric b/c I think I could guide it without seeing and still not get hurt. And worst case scenario, I could ask my poor husband to do it for me.
Thanks for any input...

I use a lady remington and I got it from Walmart for like $40 bucks I believe. It works really well for me. Congrats on the twins and best of luck.

I just bought a Lady Remmington and so far I like it a lot. It left a little bit of stubble on my legs, but that might be because I hadn't shaved for a few days and the hair was kinda long. Plus, the package insert says you should give your skin/hair 3 weeks to get used to the new razor. I also used it on my armpits and face. It worked *wonderfully* on my face! It feels even smoother than when I use a regualr razor b/c I could more easliy reach awkward places, like where my jaw and neck meet. It seemed to work better if I got it a little bit wet first. I have yet to try it in other areas further south. . . . . It seems like it would be difficult to cut yourself with the thing, so that's good.
Okay, so my Lady Remmington is not working out as well as I would have hoped. I can not, CAN NOT, get a close shave under my arms withough BURNING my skin! It's *so* irritating!!!! I was hoping to be able to use this razor for all my hair removal needs. The other annoying thing is that I can't get a very close shave on my legs either. It actually takes me *longer* to shave my legs with this electric razor than with a regular razor. The only reason I'm still using it on my legs is the instructions say that after 3 weeks you will get a close shave--once your skin gets used to it. So I guess I'll keep at it for another couple of weeks . . . . on my legs that is. I don't want to keep torturing my armpits.
On a good note, it works quite well on my face. It also works pretty well on my bikini "area." I did need to enlist the help of DH, though. I was having trouble getting to all the hair. . . . (sorry if TMI). I'm just glad to be able to shave down there without getting those nasty red bumps!
