Default What brand of Metformin do you have?
I am about to fill my Rx for Metformin for hte first time (lets pray it helps me!) and I was wondering if generic is ok, if it is best to stick to Glucophage or what brand I should be asking for.

Thanks so much! They are putting me in 1500 mg total 500 3x per day.
I am off to read the tips about how to take it etc...

Mine is called GLYCON and I love it...it is smaller than regulat met, coated and no stinky fish smell like regular met.

I am on Glucophage, it does not smell and it is endorsed by a good lab, I am not much a fan of generic medecines.
