discoloration all over? as in skin pigmentation? I ask that because growing up I was olive skin toned because my grandparents on my dads side were from Jamaica but when my pcos symptoms first started going nuts when I was younger I lost my skin pigmentation and I am now not only white I'm really, really pale ... even my dr said I was really pale :\ I'm just curious if maybe someone else is losing their skin pigmentation everywhere too?

Hi I had lots of dark spots, acne scars, etc. on my face & I used Ambi Skin Discoloration Fade Cream. It has really evened out my skin tone & faded marks/scars. Used twice a day, I normally see results in a little over a week. If I actually stop breaking out for a while, the Ambi will have my skin near perfect. But then new blemishes will show up... their new, lighter formula does not work as fast as the old but it's still great.
I have used palmer's cocoa butter all over my body for yrs. & it really helped smooth & brighten up my skin tone & lessened appearance of stretch marks. I just read another thread on stretch marks & several women mentioned bio oil. I think I am going to try some on my stretch marks also.

I tackled the problem from the inside, I found that eating lots of fruits, veggies and other anti - oxidant rich foods made it disseappear.. I avioded all junk food and let my body get rid of the toxins
Also Pine Bark Extract and Grape seed extract are supposed to get rid of discoloration
If you mean melasma, not discoloratoin from acne spots, the best way to get rid of it is to control what is causing it, those evil hormones.
Talk to your doctor and see what he/she recommends. My doctor recommended a diabetic diet (low glycemic index, no sugar/sweets...) and 30 minutes of cardio 3X per week...I am not on any meds (can't stomach them). The dark pigmentation was barely there after about 8 weeks (I'm caucasian and the discoloration looked like I had wiped dirt on my face, so improvement was VERY welcome). I also lost 10 pounds and most of my acne cleared up. Sweet!!
