My first month on met i was pretty bad in the bathroom then two weeks ago it was constipation. I dont watch what I eat so maybe thats why. Good luck.

I try to take it in the middle of eating, and with milk if possible. I've been off of it for a week because I ran out and have been sick all week, and I'm really dreading going back on it.
