Hi Angie,
I'm sorry to hear about you m/c.
I had an early m/c a couple of weeks ago to
I may be wrong (so anyone feel free to correct me) but my Dr told me that I could try again whenever I felt ready to physically, emotionally etc. I decided within a few days that I wanted to try again straightaway.
As far as bleeding is concerned I just had a 'normalish' period (I miscarried at 4-5 weeks so not sure if it would be different for you), which lasted 5-6 days. As for being fertile......well, I'm on CD20 and no sign of 'O' yet

but I'm not giving up yet since I 'O'd CD35+ when I got pregnant last time!
As for sex, well I needed my dh at that time and was ready for this as soon as the bleeding stopped but everyone is different.
I think it is very positive that you became pregnant in a relatively short space of time on Metformin (considering you had been ttc 12 years) and I know you won't feel that way now because it is still so raw but you will see soon that you actually managed to conceive and WILL do again

and there has to be a positive side to something that is so traumatic.
I wish you luck and please feel free to ask any more questions you need.
I hope this helped a little.
Andrea.
