Hi ladies, I am going to start taking robitussin to improve my CM, I am currently CD7 and today is the last day of AF and I am spotting a little. I am not taking clomid, I am only on metformin. I just need to know what is the best to start.

Im not sure about Robitussin. I have been taking 300mg of Evening Primrose Oil which is supposed to help fertile CM as well. This is another option. Sorry I cant be more help.

I was just trying to find my old list of when we were ttc. We're going to start trying for #2 somewhere from Jan-April and I couldn't remember what our "recipe" was. I know we did the soy, mucinex and femara but I can't remember the cycle days.
Does anyone do soy and is it cd 1-5 then femara cd 5-9 and mucinex cd 7-14? Anyone have a "recipe" similar to that?

i took it CD8 - Ovulation.
I was on Clomid CD3-7, and I was afraid of the clomid drying up my CM.

I have had no side effects from the EPO except for the fact that things have been a bit "oily" down there. Not bad though. The cost is very reasonable and I was able to pick mine up at Walgreens and I also saw it at Walmart. It is supposed to promote EWCM. Good luck.
