Mandoline

I'm trying soy isoflavones this cycle. I see some people take it CD 3-7 and others 5-9. Does it matter which cycle days I take soy?

i took 100mgs cd 5-9..and i think i either am (or about to) O. I am on cd 16 or 17

Im right there with you mandoline I'm at cd4 I will be doing 5-9 with the soy. I decided to get some preseed also to help with my df swimmers just in case.
Keep us posted on how it goes if you O or not and you too Alicia, this is my first round also so I will do the same!

I'm on CD 5 today, so will start soy today. I hope it will help. My last cycle was nearly 4 months long. I'll keep you posted.
