Hi Girls -

Does anyone know what cycle days to take what when ttc?

It's been nearly 4 years since I conceived ds, and I cannot remember what I did.

I was taking Vitex, Don Quai, False Unicorn Root, and I may have been taking some sort of B vitimin.

I know the Don Quai should be stopped once ovulation occurs, but no clue when to start and stop the vitex, false unicorn root, etc.

I tried doing a search on this forum, but nothing really came up.

Any advice or info would be appreciated!

the only thing I have been able to find while using google is to take F.U.R. and vitex every day of cycle....
I really hope you remember what you used to take and will be able to share.

Hi-

I did write it down and I kept all my ttc stuff in a box, so I'm hoping to come across it soon. I think your right about the FUR and also the Vitex. I'm pretty sure Dong Quai is cycle days 5 until ovulation. What I can't remember, is if I kept taking everything while I was pg, or if I stopped once I found out. I may have continued some of it until I was 3 months along.
Grrrr! I need to take better notes!

I'll let you know if I figure it out.
