What date should I use as the date of the m/c? I think I'm going to use the day of the d&c. I don't know how far along I really was. The u/s showed the baby stopped growing around 5 weeks 5 days. I found out on April 12th. However, I never m/c and had a d&c on April 21st.

Sherri I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my 2 angels on march2 and had my D&C on march4. I would count from the day from the D&C. I have done a little reserch and everywhere I went on the net it says the day of the D&C. is was my first D&C also but 2nd miscrriage. if there is someone else who thinks I am wrong please go ahead and correct me. Why did they wait so long to do a D&C?
i agree with the d&c date unless you were bleeding heavily before that day.

Thanks for your replies. I thought that was correct but wasn't sure.
Cregger - They waited a week to see if I'd m/c on my own and then I had my d&c 2 days later. If they had given me a choice I would have had the d&c done the week before. I see you're from Va too. What part? I'm from Bristol.
