Can someone please tell me what days of my cycle to take soy? I've never taken it before but, I've heard lots of good things. I would also like to hear from ladies who have had good results from soy. Also, what kind of soy (brand name) should I try and where should I purchase it?

For those of us using Soy

Everyone there is trying soy.

Basically you use Soy like you would clomid. CD 3 or 5 you start for 5 days. I know there are women who use it on different days other then 3 or 5. I just use the pill form that I got at Walmart. I take one pill a day as per the bottle.
