I'm doing ok. i just got dxed with endo and its depressing. And i can't run track anymore. wah. but i'm reallllyyy excited to start my last year of high school next thursday! I've already found my dream school and i'm almost positive i'm in. I am really really lucky.
oh and since im not running afterschool i'm probably going to work at an icecream store to get some money in the bank...not good for someone trying to go vegan haha.
... so whats new with all of you ladies??

Congrats Fenderchk! My last year of highschool was by far the best year. Although its a shame you can't run track anymore ...I was never big into any sports. Good for you for going vegan, I was a vegetarian for years but it was just too hard for me to maintain a healthy diet, so now I eat poultry and seafood for the protein.

My Mood: Points: 960.64 Bank: 1,498.07 Total Points: 2,458.71 | i LOVED my sophemore year. It is so much better than 9th grade.
catcher in the rye is supposed to be an awesome book. the book i'm supposed to read by wendesday-silent spring- has disappeared somewhere around the house and there are no sparknotes for it. another trip to the library for me...
And im thinking not running track is going to be a positive thing for me my senior year. i'll have time to go to join clubs, write for the paper, and other "highschool" things.

My Mood: Points: 1,436.31 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,436.31 | Yeah, actually I picked up Catcher in the Rye yesterday, expecting it to be horrible, and ended up getting through 100 pages. It's quite entertaining.
There really aren't any sorts of sports I can join at my school because they're all really competitive and the type of things they don't want you being on unless you've played since you were in the womb.
I used to be on yearbook, which I LOVED, but I dropped it this year to take an extra language.

My Mood: Points: 960.64 Bank: 1,498.07 Total Points: 2,458.71 | oh i hate that with school sports.
Ha i definitely was not one of those kids that played sports from when they could walk. My mom was really artsy, so i got painting lessons, guitar lessons, interpretive dance class, chorus...hahahah
we're lucky. our swim and track teams don't have try outs...everyone can train with the team. If we did have to try out i probably wouldn't have even bothered. I was SO out of shape when i joined. Most people just do it for a social outlet. I might embarrass myself and do swim team if my endo clears up and i can do it pain free.
What extra language are you doing? I go to a catholic school, so all we have is Spanish, French, and LATIN. yuck.
My schedule got messed up too. i wanted to take photography...but now i'm in Spanish 4. For the colleges i want to go i get more scholarship money if i take more language classes.
Andddd if i can pay for college with scholarships i can either 1 go out of state or 2 use my college savings money to buy a car/apartment.

Yeah, I'm taking Latin and French. I would love to take Spanish as well, but there really is no way to take three languages at my school. French is what gets me through the day! It's so much fun!
