Default what do i do next?

okay! i am just starting to learn about what pcos is and how to deal with it, this site has been great!!! i am on met and am finally getting a period!!! but what do i do next..... i just got done with my period yesterday so im assuming if i O, it will be in a couple days, right? i have some ovulation testers, should i start trying those no every day?

Default what to do next...

Hi!
Theoretically you should O on or around day 14 of your cycle. Ovulation prediction kits may not me so useful for you because they pick up high levels of LH which indicates ovulation in normal women. However, LH levels are often high all the time in PCOS patients and so you may get a false positive reading. i would rely more on temperature and cervical mucus methods as these tend to be more accurate.
