Yes. The range for testosterone is 20 - 76. So yours would be outside of that.

Mine is within that range, but I'm gathering that ratios are also important. Also this is the "testosterone, total," and there is also a free testosterone level I believe?? I don't know the difference. The FSH and LH ratios are ideally 1:1 and elevated LH of 1:2 or 1:3 is supposedly indicative of pcos. Mine's very elevated in that event. I might be misunderstanding something, though. It's all very confusing, isn't it?
ETA: Actually, I can't tell is the 20 -76 number is the range or an age range for an adult female. . . I am so ignorant. Sorry, that was no help.
