Seriously, I cannot think of a better way to bond with my baby than carry him/her in utero.
With my DD, I sang in the car all the time, so she was used to my voice. I was a nanny and read to the kids, so she heard lots of stories. I did yoga and meditated, so she learned to be Zen! I took my dogs to the beach and the dog park, so she heard lots of barking dogs and the waves crashing.
Your baby will know you better than anyone else. Reading and talking and singing to your baby is nice but they will know you and love you and recognize you even without those things!

I talk to her and just sit there enjoying feeling her move. My Dh also talks to her. I also love playing music in the car and singing to her.

I like listening to the HB with my Doppler. Also when I was pg with DD we would play games with her like put a cup on my belly or an action figure, and try to get her to kick it off. That was a blast!

I don't know, I think just wrapping my hands around my belly to hold baby and thinking happy thoughts is good. I am a quiet person and don't talk much. I think he can still hear me when I do. I plan to read and listen to music (with headphones on tummy) when I am further along. These things are so beautiful to me.

I talk to my girl...especially when she's moving in ways that make me uncomfortable! LOL! Sometimes she sticks her little tush straight up and I'll tap it or put my hand on it. The funny thing is, she'll respond to my touch and stick out further to rub against my hand. It's weird, kind of like how a cat rubs into your hand when you put your hand on it's head. DH also likes to get down on belly level and talk to her and give her advice about boys. This cracks me up.
