Default What to do when you don't get AF!

So ladies I need some advice. I am currently having my 1st m/c after a very early pg - under 5 weeks. My dr. who is being kind of weird said we don't need to wait to try again because it happend so early and my beta is almost back to 0 already. I am nervous because I keep hearing you should what until at least one cycle has past before trying again.

So what should I do? After the m/c is finished I don't know if AF will come again unless I go back to talking Femara. Should I start Femara like I am having a period but just use protection for this cycle but at least I should get AF again in like 30 days. Or should I wait and see what my body does and if I don't get AF after a month or so after I stop bleeding go in a get a script for Provera.

Not sure cause my dr. is really giving me any advice. (My reg. one is on sabbatical so I am seeing this one until he returns and she is a bit looney and does not specialize in PCOS like he does)

For those of you who have been through this - what did you do after your m/c finished?

Hi, I m/c mine at almost 5 weeks...

I was told to wait one cycle, and since I am pretty much anovulatory on my own I am to take provera in another week (6 weeks since my m/c) to bring it on... the only time I have bled on my own in a year and a half is with my m/c, the other af/anovulatory bleeds were brought about by either provera, or bcp when I took a four month break.

edited to add: I am starting Clomid after the Provera does its job.

It's frustrating when they don't understand... how long is your doctor going to be gone? Maybe find another one until s/he gets back?

Sorry for your loss hun. (*hugs*)

Lindsey, just wanted to say I am so sorry for your loss.

*hugs*

I hope you get some answers. I have always been told that waiting one cycle is pretty standard in this situation.
