What do you do and how do you feel......
When you are at Wal Mart and you see a pregnant women
When you are walking and you see a couple pushing a stroller
When you are at Mc Donald's and see children happily playing on the play ground
When you go to bar-b-ques and you are the only couple with out children
When you get yet another negative pregnancy test
When you prepare for Christmas and don't get to buy toys
When you see the children on Christmas morning joyfully playing with there new loot
When you get asked for the millionth time do you have kids
When you think your best chance of adoption is at the local animal shelter
When you go camping and its all families with children besides you
When you are at the grocery store and hear a child scream
When a pregnant women is complaining to you about her aches and pains
When you find yourself in the baby section at the local department store dreaming about what your child could wear
When you are in public and see a mother being mean to her kids
When you look in your back seat as you drive to town and realize there isnt a car seat back there
When you walk by the empty rooms in your house that, only hold broken dreams and unhappy hearts
When you see maternity clothes
When you have to call you obgyn for yet another prescription of fertility medicine and they ask you if you started your period
When people tell you to relax.. it will happen
When people are insensitive to how this hurts
When family members are cruel to you about fertility issues
When you think its your fault you don't hear little feet in the hall
When you don't have any one to give a bath too and snuggle up with and read at bed time
When other people take there children for granite
When others tell you "you don't know anything you aren't a parent"
When you hear that a mother has killed her own children
When you hear that a father has walked out on his family
When you look around your home and realize how many things you have collected for your "kids" and now you know those things may never get used.
When you find out a family member is pregnant
When a pregnant women is on drugs and hurting herself and her baby
When making a baby includes your husband using a cup, a lot of money no privacy and certainly no romance.
When you drive down the block and see children in yards playing
When the "Toys R Us" cataloged comes out in November
When you are afraid to plan a vacation because maybe just maybe when you go you might be pregnant, and then you don't want to go on rides, or long plane trips or smokey places.
When you cant sleep in the middle of the night because you ache so bad for what you don't have
When your best dreams are the ones that you are holding your healthy baby in your arms, just to wake up and realize you aren't even pregnant
When people joke about how they get pregnant just by looking at someone
When you have to explain to people at work yet again why you need time off to go to your wife's doctors appointments.
